All the products will be dispatched  within 3-5 working days from the moment the payment  is received. All items will be sent with registered post unless you opt for DHL.
I'm not responsible  any delays caused by  the weather  , customs  or any other issues caused by postal services .

 

Please note Outside the European Union, your current Country's tax and VAT rates applies additionally, when you receive the artwork. Check these tax  rates with your local tax and Customs authorities for more information.

DELIVERY TIMES 

International shipping  will take  up to 5-10 business days to  Europe  

 To the USA , Canada , Australia  7-25 business days. 

My experience is that usually takes  15  working days .

Sometimes packages are delayed due to customs at this end and than at your end , please be patient as I have no control over the  mail service.

REFUND

If you are not satisfied , please let us know within 10 days  from delivery .  Refunds are possible once the artwork has been returned . The cost of  postage has to be paid by the buyer and postage cost will not be refunded .
